Board Meetings

Members of the public are always welcome to attend Board of Directors meetings as observers and are asked to register with the Board Liaison at least 24 hours in advance as seating is limited.  The meeting schedule is outlined below and generally meetings start at 4:00 pm unless otherwise indicated. Pre-registration is required to attend a meeting as seating is limited. If you have any questions, please contact the Board Liaison Office at 705-789-2311, ext. 2342.

Delegations to the Board

Delegations shall request the opportunity to appear before the board through the secretary of the board.  Each delegation, at the time of registration with the secretary of the board or designate, shall be informed of the requirements and responsibilities of a delegation as set out under this policy.  All requests for delegations must be made by submitting a complete Delegation Application at least fifteen (15) business days before the meeting date.
